Cancellation and Returns
All of our sales are sold on a first come, first serve basis. On the off chance your item is purchased by another client, you order will be cancelled, refunded in full to the method in which you purchased with and you will be notified.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted items purchased.
Shipping
We will carefully pick, pack and ship your lighting through a trusted and fully traceable courier service. Once a parcel leaves our doors, we hand full responsibility to the courier to make sure your order arrives safely and in good order.
Your delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout stage based on a volumetric scale. All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days of the placement date to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery.
Your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order, if you wish to amend your shipping information you will be able to do so directly through the courier using the tracking information provided.
Collection
All items must be collected within 5-7 working days of order completion. We are open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Please contact us to arrange a date and time quoting your name and order number. workshop@tigermothlighting.com or call +44 (0) 118 9845 232.
Any orders which are not collected during this time frame will be cancelled and refunded in full to the method in which you purchased with a 25% admin fee deducted.
Note: If you are collecting an item all lighting is sold assembled, we will not have the resources to take product apart.
